Witalisz & Associates, Inc. partners with the Harris Real Estate School, an approved Massachusetts Real Estate School, to provide the mandatory 40-hours of classroom curriculum which allows you to prepare you for the MA Real Estate Salesperson’s License Exam. The course is divided into 3 sessions per week for 4 weeks. The sessions cover the following subjects: Property, Condos & Leases, Contracts & Deeds, Financing, Brokerage, Appraisal, Fair Housing, Massachusetts Law, Closings/Property Management, and Commercial.
